We had multiple electrical issues and my husband Kerry reached out to Watts The Problem and while he was leaving a voice mail message, Jesse was already calling him back. They scheduled a site visit for the very next day. When Andarius and Demetrius came out, they called ahead of time letting us know when to expect them. They were extremely courteous and knocked off each item on the punch list professionally and timely. We did have a follow up item that needed to be addressed since we misrepresented the problem to them but Brandon and Kenneth came out a couple of days later and took care of it. We have had our experiences with contractors of all trades and we couldn’t be happier with this company and would and will recommend them to anyone.
