Chris and Jesse were wonderful to work with! I called them late Friday night after a storm came through and they were responsive. They actually came out first thing Saturday morning and got the job done. It was quality work at a fair price. We will definitely use them in the future for electrical repairs!

The team at Watt’s the Problem have done work for us twice now. They wired, then installed three new ceiling lights. Recently the crew fixed a burnt wire on the exterior of our house. They moved the wire and installed an exterior light on the side of the house. They caulked the area where the wire used to and where the new light is installed. They figured out why the light switch didn’t work after installing the new light. Then they installed an interlock on our electrical panel for our new generator. My husband had incorrectly wired the electrical plug for the generator. Jesse and his team took the time to correct it for us. I am sorry that a few have had an issue with this company. We had an issue a couple of days after they completed the install of the interlock. One wire was slightly loose in the panel which caused our over the stove hood not to work. They came back promptly to take of it. I have already requested more work from them. They are planning to wire and install a new recessed light over our tub in the guest bathroom. We highly recommend Watt’s the Problem. We have been very satisfied with their work. Their team is friendly, informative, and courteous.

had electric switch problems chris sent 3 employes out they had the probleb fixed in no time. also put in a plug in for new hot water heater. i would definitely contact them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Travis And Dalton today. They both were very polite and very quick at fixing my problem. I called yesterday and they kindly fit me in their schedule for today. They replaced my breaker switch and checked my fixtures in the bathroom to make sure everything worked properly. I totally recommend watts the problem. Thank you!

We had multiple electrical issues and my husband Kerry reached out to Watts The Problem and while he was leaving a voice mail message, Jesse was already calling him back. They scheduled a site visit for the very next day. When Andarius and Demetrius came out, they called ahead of time letting us know when to expect them. They were extremely courteous and knocked off each item on the punch list professionally and timely. We did have a follow up item that needed to be addressed since we misrepresented the problem to them but Brandon and Kenneth came out a couple of days later and took care of it. We have had our experiences with contractors of all trades and we couldn’t be happier with this company and would and will recommend them to anyone.
